Athani Summer House it’s a new building with four fully equipped apartments for rent which we hope it will become your new favorite destination for your vacation. Built right next to a garden of olive trees it gives you access to the most stunning beaches of the world like Porto Katsiki, Egremni, and Gialos. Two of the apartments are on the first floor (Athani Summer House 1 - 2) and the other two are on the base floor (Athani Summer House 3 -4) All four of them have the most amazing view of the Ionian Sea. The upper floor apartments (Athani Summer House 1 - 2) they also have a balcony with a view of the Lefkadas mountains. Every apartment has a personal bedroom with a separate living room, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, and kitchen supplies). They also have air – conditioning Wi-Fi and a privet parking lot inside the premises. In the bedroom you will find a queen-size bed whereas in the living room you will find a sofa which will turn into a king-size comfortable bed. An extra bed can also be provided. Everything you need like sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies will be available.

35 kilometers from the town of Lefkada, Athani is the closest point of the island to the beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Gialos. This small traditional village with the stunning panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, the green surroundings away from the bustling city, gave us the idea to create the Athani Summer House. Having as a starting point this unique place, in the early years of the economic crisis was born the idea of creating apartments to be rented. Me and my wife decided to form our house in a hospitable residence with our modern aesthetics.What makes us different is our philosophy. Athani Summer House is more than just a business, it is your own holiday home and is waiting for you to discover it.

The house is built in the tradition village of Athani very close to Gialos Beach. It is a very quiet location outside the city traffic. Visitors can have access throw the street that leads to Gialos Beach. More specifically right after the Dragano village you will follow the road that leads to Gialos Beach and after 1.5km you will find our private parking area. You can move around using the local bus, your car, bicycle or you can walk.
