This wonderful luxurious modern house is situated in front of the sea, on the coastline of lakonikos bay in the picturesque fishing village of Elaia. The house can be the launching point to visit magnificent beaches and places in the surrounding area , Plytra, Karavostasi, Elafonissos, Kyparisi, Gerakas and last but not least to visit Monemvasia castle and coast. On top of the above the most important privilege of this house is that it avails a private beach in front of it. Due to its location the house offers a panoramic view of Elaia village as well as an unlimited sea view from every angle of it. It avails a garden and two levels of big terraces to relax, have your dinner or just enjoy your drinks, admiring the splendid view. The house accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It avails a comfortable sitting room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen looking to the sea and allowing you to create special dinners with the nice bottle of local wines. You will love the spacious living area and sleeping in the attic as well as the house’s whole design and comfort. It is also fully air conditioned. House is located on a cliff. • Please keep net frames on the windows closed at any time and the leaving room window, which does not have one, closed. • Grill on kitchen island needs repair; Please do not use as there is risk for malfunction • Please wipe the marble floor immediately in case any liquids or food spills as if remains it will stain forever. Use plain dish detergent ONLY • A small damage or something broken is not a crime 😊. Just let us know in advance to make sure that everything will be fine for the next Guests too • Garage door will take 3-4 sec to start opening, it works just give it some time. • Automatic Kitchen Cupboards: slightly push the right corner on the bottom and it will open automatically. Elaia neighborhood offers various places to see, coastlines to swim and small tavernas/ local restaurants. Inside the village you may swim below the house with simming shoes, close to the house reacheable on foot at either Limanaki sandy beach or at Alas sadny beach. In addition to the above, outside the village appx. 1 to 2 km distance you can find Viandine beach, bar and all day restaurant and Tigania beach, bar and all day restaurant. For a traditional meal inside the village you may go to Syrios taverna who has his own boat and offers fresh fish. Other than that, very nice places close to Elaia appx 9 to 15km, Plitra, Karavostasi with 'Xtapodaki' the local taverna on the sea, Mpozas with taverna on the sea, and a little more far away Daimonia, Arhaggelos, Neapoli, Elafornisos and Gytheio. Inside Elaia there are two grocestores like small super markets. The one which is located on the street towards Molaous sells village fresh eggs from their local production. As well there is a pharmacy store and a bakery very close to house, During the winter only one or two restaurants stay open inside the square of Elaia, however you can find everything in the main town which is only 9km away in Molaous. This town is the centre of this area in Lakonia including Monemvasia. As well in the area, there are lots of local wineries producing special wines, there points of interest with ancient monuments, the castle of Monemvasia as lots of festival theatre and music performances in Moalous and Monemvasia during the summer.
