Welcome to one of the most luxurious areas of the Athens Riviera! This accommodation is situated just 400 meters from Lagonisi Grand Beach and offers five private apartments in a modern three-story building. Each apartment is fully furnished with spacious rooms, a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchens, and vast balconies. The property was designed to offer panoramic sea views, allowing guests to take in the beautiful surrounding scenery from both inside and outside. Alternatively, on the lower pool level, next to the beautiful garden, there are three private apartments, each with a bedroom, private kitchen, and one bathroom. The rooftop apartment offers endless 180-degree sea views of the Saronikos Gulf and its famous, breathtaking sunsets. This accommodation is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, and individual travelers. When spending time at the property, you can relax and enjoy the rooftop area, the large 70-square-meter pool, the 6-seat jacuzzi, the sauna, and the shower. Additionally, there is a garden with a barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a gym not to forget the outstanding sandy Grand Beach.

Lagonisi is a beautiful place located in southern Greece, the accommodation situated in a peaceful residential area just a few minutes’ walk from several lovely beaches, beach bars and a high street that offers all kind of local restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores. The area is very convenient in the interest of sightseeing and nightlife; Athens situated just 40 minutes away, reachable by car or public transportation. Furthermore, the famous archaeological Poseidon Temple in Sounio is 20 minutes away, and Athens International airport can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
