Avesta Apartments is a wonderful vacation resort near the excellent sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos in Vasilikos, Zakynthos, consisting of three two-story maisonettes – Iokasti, Alkmini and Niriida. Each maisonette features a stylish wooden roof, is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4-5 guests. Maisonette Iokasti measures 70 sq.m., and offers a queen-sized bed, three single beds, a fireplace and a furnished veranda with a relaxing view of the Ionian Sea. Both maisonettes Alkmini and Niriida, measuring 60 sq.m. each and share a veranda (separated with a divider). Both feature a queen-sized bed, sinlg bed and a double sofa bed. All maisonettes have fully-equipped kitchens, open-plan living rooms and two bathrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Avesta Apartments is located very near the beach of Agios Nikolaos, in the area of Vasilikos of Zakynthos Island. Vasilikos is characterized by lush pine forests, olive groves, as well as a part of the National Marine Park, the refuge of the endangered loggerhead (caretta-caretta) turtles. Agios Nikolaos beach, named after the picturesque church of St. Nicholas, is a popular sandy beach – and organized as well, offering numerous umbrellas. There is a beach bar and a restaurant near Avesta Apartments, and the beach offers the opportunity to engage in watersports and many other activities!
