Babis Villa is part of a complex which includes two Villas in total, each of them with its own private pool and separate facilities.
 The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the Attic type bedroom. The maximum capacity is 11 guests.

There is also a specially designed area on the basement of the Villa, including a multi station machine, an elliptical machine, as well as a Pool Table (Billiard). External Living | Private Pool & BBQ
 This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 70m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a special children’s pool compartment (0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Babis Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities. Out & About Super Market & Restaurants: 600 , 950 meters walking distance Panormo Beach (Limni): 800 meters walking distance Rethymno Port & Town: 20km (25 minutes driving distance) Heraklion International Airport: 61km (56 minutes driving distance) Chania International Airport: 88 kms (1 hour and 20 minutes driving distance) Car Rental is not essential, however we would recommend it in case you wish to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations and we can assist you arrange that as well.
