The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned lounge with satellite TV and Netflix, a majestic marble fireplace, dining area and terrace, an impressive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances as well as a WC. Stairs or use of internal elevator lead up to the upper floor with an en-suite double bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family shower room with a washing machine as well. The lower ground floor houses a large open-plan living area with a professional billiard, an extra kitchenette as well as 2 twin beds and a family wheelchair-accessible shower room. It is accessible via internal elevator and external staircase. The villa has the specifications to be considered fully wheelchair accessible as it has an internal lift, external entrance ramp (barrier free entry) as well as a fully accessible bathroom. The ground and 1st floor have central air conditioning, controlled for each room independently. The semi basement has independent separate air conditioning in the bedroom.
