Perched just above Platanias-Chania Region, in Modi Village, an authentic escape awaits you at Blue Zone Villa. Moulded from earthen materials and inspired by the natural surroundings of the Cretan landscape, this holiday home features privacy among all. This residence lays in 2.800m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 45m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, that can be heated with an additional fee & also features an electric pool cover), premium sun-beds & ample outdoor spaces to cherish. An outdoor BBQ (charcoal) & Wood Oven are also featured .*Please note that the barbecue cannot be used on days with strong winds, due to the significant risk of fire. A ping pong table is also available outdoors. The villa boasts five bedrooms (all the single beds can be connected), all featuring en-suite bathrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with a cosy sofa & a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The villa can welcome up to 10 guests in real beds in its 5 available bedrooms. All five en-suite bathrooms feature a distinctive look & feel with iconic handmade tiles. The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests. 
 Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 30 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that an electrical pool cover is also available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
