Situated in the picturesque village of Kateleios in the South of Kefalonia island, surrounded by olive tree hillsides with a view to the Ionian sea. The area has a unique sense of tranquility and only 900M from the Blue Flag Ag. Varvara beach and Kateleios village.
Ideal for families with Children and/or Couples vacation. The villa has a plain style that blends in with the surrounding area creating a sense of serenity and harmony.

The villa was built in 2023 in 3 floors. It's fully equipped with private pool.
1st floor: living room with open plan kitchen, dining area and terrace.
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with sofa bed(accommodates 2) and private bathroom, kitchenette, private office.
Kateleios village is a quite rural village offering peace of mind.
There is a path right outside the house that leads to the beautiful beach of Agia Varvara (10 min walk).
It is a 5 min drive or 20 min walk to Kateleios bay where you can find coffee shops and restaurants and enjoy fresh fish or traditional Greek food.
