Our two floor 130 sq.m villa is located at the foot of the hill of Michalitsata. The location provides a stunning view of Palliki bay. Only one klm away from Lixouri town. It is a brand new, private and secluded vacation villa, carefully designed in minimalistic principles and a vintage touch in full accordance with the nature and the awesome surroundings, where you can really relax and set your soul free. The building is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. The private outdoor area of the villa offers a private garden with barbeque and outdoor dining area for 6 people and a parking area. The villa is easily accessible by asphalt roads which lead to the town (2 minute drive) or to the nearest beach of Lepeda. We are very happy to welcome you to our villa !
