Casa Santa Agua is not a luxurious or modern house. It is a home with history, soul, and views that nourish the spirit. It's not for those seeking marble οr artificial luxuries, but for those seeking the sea, authenticity, silence, nature, and real beauty. Αir conditioning units are available in all bedrooms for your comfort. In the main living and dining area, the space is equipped with a large professional ceiling fan, which creates a very pleasant and refreshing atmosphere.

Casa Santa Agua is located in a peaceful and unique corner of Ammouliani, just a few steps from a serene, almost private beach with crystal-clear waters. It’s a place where you can truly disconnect, slow down, and reconnect with nature. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and sea views. It is just 3 km from the main village (port), and less than 1 km away from local restaurants and beach bars — close enough to enjoy them, yet far enough to enjoy total peace and privacy. If you’re looking for nightlife, luxury, or crowds, this is probably not your place. But if you’re drawn to authenticity, calm, and real beauty — welcome home. Ammouliani is the only inhabited island of Halkidiki and still remains a hidden gem. The beaches around the island are stunning and varied, from soft sandy coves to rocky hideaways. Boat trips to nearby islets, like Drenia, are also a lovely experience.
