Our apartment is modern, cozy, and newly renovated. It’s situated close to the Acropolis (2,1km) and Syntagma Square (2,5km), and 1m walk from the Metro and Tram (Neos Kosmos station). It is ideal for families, couples, or friends who prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, and from here you can organize your visit to Athens. Please note: the internet connection at the listing is currently not very strong. While it's generally reliable for basic use, it may not support high-bandwidth activities like streaming. The apartment is 45 square meters on the sixth floor, and you can access it by either the elevator or the stairs. It consists of one bedroom, a cohesive space for the living room, kitchen, and dining area, a WC, and two balconies. The bedroom has a double bed equipped with new mattresses to ensure a pleasant sleep. Two more people can sleep on the sofa, which can be converted to a comfortable double bed. WC has a shower and a washing machine. The front balcony, where you can have your morning coffee, has a view of the Acropolis, and the second, smaller one has a view of the backyard below.

Neos Kosmos is a quiet, safe, and authentic Athenian neighborhood, mostly consisting of residences and local shops. The area near the neighborhood becomes especially vibrant every Saturday with an open-air market nearby. You can find that day many market stalls with fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish from around Greece and shop like a local. A supermarket is only 100m away from the apartment. The area also offers a plethora of shops and services that are necessary for your daily needs. (pharmacies, banks, bakeries, etc)
