Nestled in the tranquil allure of Bohali, these bespoke retreats are designed to captivate discerning guests. Boasting 100m² (Jo Villa) and 80m² (Chris Villa) of elegant outdoor living space, each villa features a private 20m² pool (both can be heated with an additional fee), an alfresco dining area, and a premium gas BBQ, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings. Jo Villa hosts on the ground floor, a serene twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, while the first floor features two more bedrooms—one with an en-suite—and an additional shared bathroom. Perfectly accommodating six guests in premium beds. Chris Villa hosts on the ground floor two serene bedrooms and a shared bathroom, plus an extra WC. Perfectly accommodating four guests in premium beds, with space for one more on the living room sofa. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
