Katerina, our concierge will plan your days on the island with you, organize personalized events, propose activities and make reservations. Fresh Breakfast will be delivered to you each morning which will include a main dish from our menu, croissants, juices etc. You will order on the previous evening and it will be delivered at a designated time frame. Daily cleaning is included. Our colleague will take care of you during your stay and make sure the house is spotless. A personalized Chef Experience can also be planned for you. A dinner at the house with a pre-agreed menu for your party only, or a cooking class involving the preparation of Greek recipes. Relaxing on the veranda or cooling in the Jacuzzi with a view of the Santorini Caldera with a readily prepared Greek delicacy and a glass of wine will be a moment to remember for a lifetime.

A unique property. Built in 1830, totally renovated in 2018 with exquisite modern taste, while respecting its 200 year history. Venetian architecture on the outside, luxury and comfort with a fusion of the past and the present. Two different houses exclusively for your party. The House: The Main house accommodates 4 people in their private bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The Guest house sleeps another two people in a private bedroom with their own bathroom, but can also accommodate an additional two people when the Sofa Bed is opened to become a double bed. An elevated room - a common area study - can be used as a workstation. The guest house is essentially one big area. Both houses have kitchens and leisure areas internally, and share the outside areas - the peaceful patio between them with a wonderful bougainvillea supporting the shade, and the fabulous balcony on the Caldera with the Jacuzzi for six. There is ample space for all. The living & dining room of the main house could be part of a museum. The furniture is part of family history, beautifully maintained wooded pieces, and the walls are decorated with family members and family recognitions by the Venetian or Greek States in the past centuries. The family crest on the front balcony also symbolizes the history of the house.

The Area: The house is conveniently situated at the "borders" of the town of Fira, a five minute walk from the center where there are numerous restaurants to choose from, enjoy the Santorini night life scene at different bars and clubs, or visit all types of stores one next to the other in the narrow island streets. You will feel at the center of everything while enjoying the peace and quiet at the house in luxury. Around the corner from the house you will also find the famous Santorini cable car which takes you down the Caldera to the old port, to catch a boat to the Volcano or have a bite watching the cruise-ships in the bay. Walking from the house upward, one can enjoy the full length of the Caldera reaching Imerovigli through Firostefani in about 15 minutes, and potentially continuing to hike to Oia in a about two hours - without seeing a single car. On arrival we will also work with you to plan your days on the island.
