Recently renovated, this stylish first-floor studio offers a cozy and modern atmosphere, ideal for two guests seeking comfort and convenience within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, and the vibrant streets of Corfu Town. With everything just a 10-minute stroll away—including the airport—this suite provides the perfect base for an effortless island getaway. Inside, the 28.6 m² suite features a comfortable double bed, a sleek bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and an espresso machine. Guests benefit from Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, air conditioning, a TV, and a washing machine. Hot water is supplied via an electric boiler activated by a switch in the electrical panel, typically needing about 15 minutes to heat before showering. Entrance to the property involves five steps, and access to the first floor is by stairs only, as the building does not have an elevator.
