Nestled above the shores of Episkopi, this villa offers a close-to-sea location, blending masterful architecture with a close connection to the sea. This enchanting residence spans a 2,200m² outdoor space, featuring a private 50m² heated pool (can be heated with additional fee) surrounded by sun loungers. The home features four bedrooms with COCO-MAT Mattresses —two with en-suite bathrooms—plus one shared bathroom and a WC, and a Guest House with an additional living-kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, with space for two additional guests—one on the sofa bed in the common area of the house, and one on the sofa bed of the guest house. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 70 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Pool cover is not available. *The villa is ideally situated near Crete's main thoroughfare, offering seamless access to many of the island's most cherished destinations. While this prime location ensures convenient travel, it is important to note that the road runs directly in front of the villa and can experience considerable traffic, which may result in occasional noise. Additionally, please be aware that reaching the beach requires crossing this road, so we kindly advise exercising caution when making your way to the shoreline. Climate Resilience Fee A 2,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
