I am a real estate agent who manages rentals and sales of properties in Skiathos. I am half Dutch, half Greek, i was born in Amsterdam, but have spent all my summers since childhood in Skiathos. Life there is so beautiful that I have felt the island to be my home since my earliest years. I have lived in Skiathos since 2005, having built a wonderful clientele of all nationalities, who all have one thing in common: their love for the island.

Cosy Kotroni house is a cute townhouse in a quiet dead end side street in town, a few minutes from the center. It has 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds on ground level. on the first floor is the living room with kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a double sofa bed. It is an uncomplicated house where a family or group of friends can have a lovely time. The bus stop is within walking distance, and there are many restauratns and coffee paces in the area.

The neighborhood is very near the center, but very quiet. Slightly uphill from the main street. Near bus stop 0.
