Our beautiful property consists of a main house of 140 sq. m. and another separate house of 70 sq. m. This gated villa provides 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor space with a pool and BBQ and private parking for 2 cars. It is located in the popular town of Varkiza, near the most gorgeous beaches in the Athens riviera. It is 500 meters away from Varkiza resort and also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for big families and friends!
The Villa is located by a busy road in the town of Varkiza which is considered to be the Athens Riviera. It has beautiful, organized sandy beaches, plenty of cafes and restaurants, open air cinemas, a marina and a seaside pedestrian walkway ideal for evening strolls. There are bakeries, supermarkets, playgrounds and public transport all in walking distance. Varkiza is only a 20min drive from the airport, 30mins from the centre of Athens and around 35 mins from Piraeus Port.
The town features the renowned Varkiza Resort which includes an organized beach, many different water sports, restaurants and cocktail bars! There are also beachfront restaurant/clubs and pool bars.
Varkiza is an ideal summer destination!
