Nestled within an expansive 2-acre private estate, this opulent residence is a retreat of luxury and bespoke elegance. The highlight is the magnificent 80m² infinity eco-friendly swimming pool, with a depth of 1.5 meters, offering sea views. The grounds also boast a professional-grade tennis court and a collection of premium sun-beds and umbrellas. This dining area is outfitted with an outdoor kitchen and a gas BBQ (and outdoor 42’ Smart TV & Large Fridge). For our youngest visitors, a meticulously designed outdoor playground and a ping pong table promise endless hours of joy and entertainment. Encompassing 400m² of refined indoor space, the villa boasts seven bedrooms, a lavish living and lounge area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
