This four-storey 500sqm villa, located in Voula, Athens, has a stunning view of the Saronic Gulf and has five en-suite bedrooms, two lounges and two dining areas, an equiped gym with a large glazing view of the pool, an office room, and a private 10mx5m swimming pool. It is within close proximity of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Voula Center. The house was completed in 2004. The house can sleep up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms. Each of the five en-suite bedrooms has a double bed its own balcony with sea views and a desk. The Master Bedroom is located all its own on the top floor (level 2) and has a Jacuzzi-style shower, a doublr bedand an additional double sofa bed. From its balcony, guests can enjoy the most privileged views. Three more bedrooms are located on the second storey (level 1) . On the garden level (-1) there is also a spacious fifth bedroom with a double room and a double sofa bed. At the same level, there is a separate full bathroom that also serves the gym which is on -1 level as well. Parties are not allowed at the property.

On the entrance level (0) there is a lovely fitted kitchen with all the required amenities and a terrace next to it for outdoor dining. The main living room has direct access to the spacious balcony. A WC and a private office room are located on that floor level as well. All 4 storeys of the villas are internally connected through a marble staircase and apart from this via a lift leading all the way up inside the top-floor bedroom. The curated garden and pool area are also wonderful for relaxing and entertaining. The large freshwater pool has a shallow end of 1m. and a deep end of 3,40m. / Pool dimensions: 10m*5m The living area has a flat-screen T/V as does the bedroom on the top floor. The parking garage fits two cars and has a direct entrance into the house via level -1. The house has air-conditioning and WIFI internet throughout. This exclusive area of Voula is a quiet, established, and leafy neighborhood with easy access allowing for the ultimate Greek holiday experience. It is close to the best beaches and some of the nicest restaurants and entertainment spots in the Greek capital.
