Unique, secluded, two-story, eco-friendly villa built entirely of wood offering uninterrupted, breath-taking panoramic sea & mountain views, on an amazing plot of 4800 sqm, surrounded by trees, with a large (65sq.m.) fenced kidney-shaped led-lighted swimming pool (1st Apr-30th Nov), ideal for families with children, initially constructed as a luxurious permanent residence, fully air-conditioned and equipped. Guaranteed to give you an unforgettable experience, this is the only log-house, 100% ecological, available for rent in Corfu. The Nest is located upon the hillside of Saint Eleni, Kato Korakiana, in the outskirts of Corfu town, close to the Gouvia yacht harbour, one of the top of Greece. It is very close to the sea (5 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk) and 'strategically' located to allow easy access to the most beautiful beaches and places of North, West and East Corfu, while remaining at a convenient distance to the Corfu town for your evening & night life! The complex offers lots of sunbathing areas, garden furniture and seating to enjoy the tranquility and total privacy.
Legal & Tax: for legal and tax-revenue reasons, we require the primary guest (the one making the reservation) to send us a valid copy of their passport and also sign a short-term rental agreement after confirming the booking.
The village centre is a 5-minute walk where the local market, cafes, taverns and bus stop are. The surrounding hillside is also suitable for mountain-biking, trekking and exploration. The Nest is located at the end of a private road and is an idyllically peaceful place to dwell. It can be used as a holiday resort or for permanent accommodation, since it is close to the city capital. Being close to the center of the village, a great communication between the residents and the locals can be built through participation to communal activities. The General Hospital of Corfu in Kontokali bay and the Medical Care Centre of Saint Markus are at a distance of 7 minutes by car, while restaurants, shops and schools are situated in the nearby area.
