ELECTRA apartment is located at Saronida, 450 meters (5 minutes’ walk) from the beach and only 2 minutes walk from the main shopping street and square with restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, with wide streets and trees. When entering the apartment, situated in 1st floor, there is a living room with a comfortable large sofa that converts to a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, the kitchen with a dining area, and it includes new quiet dishwasher and washing machines (inside the bathroom, three coffee machine (for espresso, Instant coffee, an induction cooker and oven, a fridge with spacious freezer as well as a utility cupboard. The Toshiba 3D smart TV is connected to Sony Playstation3, sound bar and Wi-Fi enabling access to YouTube etc. The kitchen has its own access to the front and backyard balcony with outdoor dinning area for 6 persons, which is the ideal area for a sit-together at all times of the day, because is also protected with automatic operating tent. Next to this space, two spacious double bedrooms, bathroom with WC and bathroom The balcony from the No.2 bedroom provides beautiful views of the hill, moon and stars which are visible on most nights. No.2 Bedroom also provided with safe box for guest use. All beds have new and very good quality mattresses (Tempur ProLux SmartCool by Elite strom) and bed linen and mattress protection. All rooms have air conditioning for the all seasons (summer & winder) and central heating media partly used in the building. For heating independency, A/C units may be used at all the times. All windows and doors have an extra layer of net shutters, so that no mosquitos or other insects enter the house. The property is professionally cleaned twice a year against pesticides, like hotels do. The property is fitted with automation to control the main electric power supply, Air Conditions auto stop when windows or doors are opened, security alarm, fire alarms and a fire extinguisher. Clean Wi-Fi tag also provided.

As we have in priority the hygiene, we pay particular attention in thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the property, while avoiding back-to-back reservations where possible. In case that you bring younger guests with you, let us know if you require a cot or security gates.
