Opened in August 2015, Evgenia Residences consists of seven stylish homes, set in a large plot by the sea. The location combines in a unique way mountain and sea. Evgenia's Residences is only a stone’s throw away from a stunning beach, where our guests will be able to enjoy swimming in crystal blue waters.

In Agios Ioannis we are proud to keep a fine balance between civilization and nature. Within walking distance someone can find small local markets to cover all the needs of their vacation and taverns that serve quality traditional food by the sea. And if someone seeks an escape from the ordinary, there are plenty of hiking trails where people can experience mezmerizing landscapes and sunsets.
