It hosts up to 5 guests and is only 500m from the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean. Ideal for families or friends, it offers easy beach access, a peaceful setting, and the perfect spot to unwind, explore the promenade, or enjoy relaxed evenings on the veranda under the stars. Our summer maisonette is thoughtfully laid out across three levels, offering comfort, functionality, and a warm holiday atmosphere. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a built-in sofa, TV, and air conditioning—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just three steps up is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials, plus a dining table for two. A convenient guest WC is also located on this level. The first floor features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and air-conditioning unit, and a second, child-friendly room with a Montessori-style single bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air in the morning. The main bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience. The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor (accessible via stairs from the living room) and offers a quiet retreat with a double bed, bedside tables, and an open wardrobe.
