Set on a private 6-acre estate of archaeological interest (Ancient Andron), the property offers comfort, privacy and authenticity in nature. Location: The estate is located between the seaside villages of Glyfa (4.5 km), Agios Dimitrios (5 km) and Achilleio (9 km), offering panoramic views of the sea and the islands of Evia, Skiathos and Skopelos. A car is essential. The nearest beach is just 300 meters away, accessible via a private road. The building with the stone-built two-bedroom apartments is located on the second level, ensuring complete independence, peace, and comfort. The coastline is sparsely populated, with a few holiday homes and small settlements. Along this 15-kilometer coastal stretch, you will discover many pristine Aegean beaches-sandy or pebbled-some secluded and others more lively and organized. Within just a 5–10 minute drive, you can reach the nearby seaside villages for your daily shopping or a leisurely stroll. There you will find a variety of traditional tavernas, café-bars and a vibrant atmosphere typical of coastal Greek settlements.
