Independent single-family house available for short-term rental in all seasons, fully equipped and able to host up to 4 people, in a central location of the town of Kavala in Greece.The visitors of this accommodation can easily move on foot, within the commercial center of the city, as well as the passenger port, the castle and the old town, even the archaeological museum. The distances from the accommodation to each destination, they ranged from 220 meters to 1500 meters. Kavala as a location is beautiful, but traveling by car within the city remains a big problem for locals and visitors alike. I would recommend visitors to use their car, only when traveling to destinations outside of Kavala.

For 32 consecutive years as a captain in the merchant navy, I have traveled almost the entire globe, gaining great experience in the customs and hospitality of the different peoples of the world. In the last years of my career, I served as a captain on the coastal ships of my region and specifically on the ferries that connect the ports of northern Greece with the islands of the central-northern Aegean. After retiring from my main profession, I decided to convert one of my properties in Kavala into short-term rental accommodation. My goal was to provide the best possible service to my guests, so as to meet their expectations to the maximum. This means, immediate response to communication with them, immediate facilitation of their requests, friendly disposition at their reception, amenities during their stay, suggestions for the attractions - beaches of my city, advice for inexpensive transportation in the area and much more. The results of my efforts in the 8 months of operation, initially are the awarding of the accommodation for 2025 and most importantly for me, the repetition of my initial reservations. In other words, visitors that I hosted a few months ago, make a reservation again in the future, or recommend me to friends-relatives who are passing through the city.
