Gikas Apartments are located in a three-storey building with a stone courtyard with a barbecue, 150 meters from the center of the village of Marmari, 50 meters from the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants by the sea and 30 meters from the large supermarket large of the village. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, glasses, refrigerator, kettle, shared washing machine (one wash for 5 euros). Cleaning service only before check-in is offered to all our guests. As a private manager/owner (without company formation), it is prohibited during your stay to provide you with any service, based on Greek legislation (Law 4446/2016) except for the provision of bed linen and towels. It can be easily reached from Athens El International Airport. Venizelos and then through the port of Rafina or the port of Ag.Marina. The famous Megali Ammos beach from Greece's 2020 tourism promotion is 1 km from us where you can go kite surfing, the Steni beach is 100 m away from us a small beach but the only one close to the center of Marmari, the beaches 2 km from the side of the port of Fygia and Kokkini at 1.5 km away from us. Even in half an hour's drive you can visit the beaches on the Aegean side, such as Ag. Dimitriou, Pothi and Gianitsi and Kallianous, where you can see the Dimosari Gorge. Our area is also known for the Dragon Houses and the Red Castle, fishing and the Petali Islands where you can snorkel and dive. Karystos is 10 min away by car. Chalkis is 2 hours away by car. Even Acropolis someone can visit at Athens morning and return Marmari at evening.

Our family consist from me Elpidoforos my wife Mariam and my 13 year old son Kostantinos and my parents Kostantinos and Vassileia and we will do our best to make you feel like our home.
