A fully outfitted kitchen (Large Fridge, Oven, Sink, Smart 50’ TV) and a gas BBQ, ideal for savoring culinary delights are also available. Additionally, the villa features on-site parking for two vehicles, an outdoor WC and a signature outdoor sauna on the first-floor balcony. For playful moments, enjoy a half basketball court and a Teqball table, ensuring every aspect of your stay is tailored. Spanning an impressive 400m² indoor space, the villa features six lavish bedrooms, six en-suite bathrooms, two WC, and a grand living area, seamlessly connected to a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with direct access to an outdoor kitchen. Accommodating up to 17 guests in unparalleled comfort, the villa offers an array of extraordinary amenities, including a dedicated workspace & a bespoke fitness area. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
