The company with trade name "Ionian Grand Villas" was set up in June 2019. We are currently managing 2 apartments in Lefkada Town with the name Ionian Grand - Apartments and 2 Villas in the area of Lygia, Lefkada which are entered as separate properties under the names Ionian Grand Villas - Villa Estella and Ionian Grand Villas - Villa Naya. We are currently building our third Villa with the intention to have it completed by Summer 2025.

Ionian Grand – Apartments are situated on the 1st floor of a one storey building in the heart of Lefkada Town. Access to the apartments is by external stairs. They cover approximately 50sq meters and can accommodate 3 - 4 adults. Apartments feature a separate bedroom, a living room with kitchen area and bathroom. They are equipped with all comfort amenities.

Neighbourhood information

The property is within walking distance of the center of Lefkada town, where all the bars, restaurants and shops are located. We are located right across Romeo and Juliet bar, above Hondos Center, near National Bank of Greece, Marka square, Lefkada Library and the Lefkada Art Gallery named after the famous Abstract expressionist painter of local origin, Theodoros Stamos.
