Island is a family business.

Island, inspired by Marily Zouchostathi and Konstantinos Seremis, is a hotel that includes five furnished apartments on the seaside road in Pefki, North Evia, located 20 meters away from the sea. Its special architecture and modern interior was taken care of by architect Konstantinos Albanis.

A quiet, picturesque fishing village in the winter, Pefki turns into one of the most popular for tourists, cosmopolitan places of North Evia in the summer. Its name comes from the plentiful pine trees that line the big beach at the seafront ("pefko" is the greek name for "pine" tree). Pefki is surrounded by hills full of pine trees dominating the scenery and gently to the blue sea, creating an admirable combination of green and blue that rests the eye and awake to senses especially during the idyllic sunsets at the sea of Evoikos which the whole town overlooks. The 1,5 km long seaside pedestrian road gives adults the chance to enjoy their stroll by the cool sea and young children the opportunity to play and ride their bikes, free without the slightest fear of getting hurt from vehicles or other potential sources of danger.
