JERMA’S HOUSE is located in the traditional settlement of Sotiras in Chavdata, Kefalonia. Nestled in the picturesque upper part of the village with minimal traffic, it maintains its authentic, traditional charm. The property is a standalone, two-story home (maisonette), fully renovated and equipped to ensure a comfortable holiday experience. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. Ascending the charming, small internal iron staircase (in the traditional Kefalonian style) or using the external access to the upper floor, you’ll discover two bedrooms. One features a double iron bed, while the other has two single iron beds. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning (A/C) and spacious wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. You can enjoy your meals or drinks on the upper-level outdoor terrace or in the small, flower-filled stone garden, both designed with attention to detail and aesthetics. It is minutes away from the crystal blue Ionian waters of little LAGADAKIA beach, a 15-30 minute drive from Ammos or Xi red-sand beaches, enchanting Petani beach and yet just a 10-minute drive outside of Lixouri. The home is steps away from a café-bar serving ouzo, pizza, snacks and also of a taverna serving souvlakia and roasted meats.
