The beach in Vathys village also Vathi Kalimnos, is called Rina, it is right down below the house and the taverns. The villa features free private parking. At the edge of the natural port of Rina the concrete beach - seashore has deep water and access to the water is by stair treads. This is where the house is located, it is built on the hillside overlooking the valley of Vathys village and also the sea. The yard of the house is on 3 levels, as shown in the pictures. The house is ideal for 2 to 5 guests! We do not charge extra fee for the number of guests. It has 2 full bathrooms with toilet, sink, and shower and another 1 bathroom with toilet and sink. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Also in the small living room a single bed, it is possible for one person comfortably sleep on it. In total, the house can host up to 5 guests! It is typical for a place with a beautiful view to have a road leading there! The short private road that leads uphill to the house is made of concrete, is suitable for use by a car with a max length of 3 meters and an engine min 1000cc.

Keep in touch via mobile phone, email, and a family member living in the village, to provide with care services and the check in & out process. The family member will meet you at the property and may offer to chat with you, if you have time! To prevent any confusion, we require a minimum reservation time of 3 days, which must be before midnight on the day of arrival (advance notice). During this time, we can settle everything in the house properly. After arriving, we ask for an ID from one of the guests.

Daily trips often refer to '3 island cruise boats from Kos' or 'Pothia-Kalymnos' they also reach Vathy-Rina pier during the hours of 12:00 midday and 15:00 pm. During August, the pier is becoming very crowded! The island of Kalymnos or Kalimnos, is popular for hiking and trekking activities. Trails, hikes and strolls, routes, walks, are organized all year round. Kalymnos have a large number of small beaches that are accessible by water taxi boat. An important monument of the island is the monastery of Panagia Kira Psili, located north of the Vathy valley. The Daskalio cave is located at the entrance to the rocky coast of Rina, and at a height of 10 m above sea level.
