Kampos Villa ΙΙI, is one of the three autonomous villas nestled in the countryside village Achlades, near Panormos . This unique Villa, is brand new & built with care, unique design and modern amenities! It’s light, very sunny and airy…in little words, an ideal Villa for your holidays! This beautifully appointed Villa boasts breathtaking country side views. Kampos Villa III is set in 120m2 outdoor area and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. Weddings & Events: Celebrate the wedding of your dreams in the one & only Island within a sophisticated and luxurious setting. We can offer you special wedding incentives for your event, giving you a taste of a regional style wedding in Crete for the most memorable day of your life. *The two villas can be also rent together if wished for your special occasion. *Air condition units also serve heating purposes. *shared kid's pool available. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed Events are allowed upon request Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 24h notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 80euros/day for the first two days & 40euros/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. 
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 2,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Kampos Villas are located in Achlades village and are 60 meters away from a cafe and a lovely taverna that belongs to the owners of the villas. In Perama town, 9 minutes away by car from the Villas, you can find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 9 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop and a bakery. Distances to Important Locations Traditional Cafe: 60 m Super Market & Restaurants: Perama village, 5 Kms Panormos Beach: 6.5 Kms Rethymno Port & Town: 28 Kms Heraklion International Airport: 60 Kms Chania International Airport: 95 Kms Car rental is essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations!

The pool can be heated March-May, October-November and the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C. The pool needs 24-hour prior notice, before the arrival, to reach 23 °C and the cost is EUR 80 per day for the first two days and EUR 40 for every additional day. The pool should be heated for minimum 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.
