The complex consists of two similar villas that can also be hired together by bigger groups, as the total capacity of both villas is 15 guests. Each villa has its private terrace and swimming pool. Both villas measure 120 sq.m., split into to levels and offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The ground level in each villa offers its guests a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This is not all, of course: there is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, which feature a private bathroom with a shower each! One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single ones that can be combined into a queen-size bed, if you wish. Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony with a relaxing view of the sea. The outdoors of each villa is of equal magnificence: fenced, surrounded by evergreen olive groves, and featuring fantastic swimming pools (measuring 3.50m x 6.50m each), sunbeds, parasols, outdoor living room, built BBQ with a dining area and a lovely hammock!

Kapodistria Villas are located in a quiet area of Tsilivi – a tourist resort very popular among tourists and locals alike, since it’s perfect both for couples and for families (there are many places in Tsilivi where children can have a wonderful time!). Everything is within walking distance, whereas you enjoy perfect privacy. Whatever you may wish, be it restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, the amazing Water Park or the famous organized beach, you can reach it within minutes, while the perfectly serene environment waits for you back at home.
