I am Stavroula and with my husband Vaggelis we are the owners of a traditional house in Velonades. Having spent almost every summer vacation of his childhood with his grandparents in this house, we decided that when the house was passed down to us, we would renovate it in order to present other people with the opportunity to also spend their summer holidays there. Katsandonis House is split into two levels and it consists of two spacious and well decorated bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and bathroom. The house also has a private external area with beautiful flowers and barbeque in which guests can relax and enjoy their coffee and dinner having a view of the old village and the green landscapes of Corfu island. If you want to explore the village you can do hiking or cycling. In the same neighborhood with Katsantonis Luxury House is Goninos luxury Suite. It is a fully renovated suite with Jacuzzi which can accommodate up to 5 persons. Due to the fact that these two houses are very close to each other, they give the opportunity to relatives or friends, who want to spend their holidays together, to combine them.

Katsantonis Luxury House is located in Velonades, a small and traditional village in north Corfu. It is about 31km from city center and 3km from Sidari. In Velonades there is a small folklore museum with old tools and household items. Furthermore, the village has an old oil mill of 1900 with tools of that time and the large millstones which were used to crush the olives. Two old but very impressive mansions which are maintained can be found in the area, one in good condition and the other is in ruins, these are the mansion of Makris and the mansion of Mariena. Very close to the house (500m) you can find a grill house and a local Cafe in which you can enjoy refreshmen drinks and ice creams.
