At the entrance, you’ll find an open-plan living room and kitchen, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a double sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and an armchair-bed (opens only when needed). Private bathroom with shower. The courtyard, rooftop terrace, and laundry area are shared and used by all apartments in the property. Apartment with City View (Kazarma 2 – 30 sqm) Kazarma 2 is smaller and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. At the entrance, you’ll find the kitchen and breakfast bar with stools, located next to the private bathroom with shower. The open-plan bedroom-living area features a double bed and a double sofa bed. The apartment has two windows overlooking the shared courtyard. The courtyard, rooftop terrace, and laundry area are shared and used by all apartments in the property. Both apartments are fully equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home! Parking: The streets in front of the property are narrow and cannot accommodate cars. Parking is available nearby, including a municipal parking lot at Kolona and a paid parking area at Aegina port.
