Our place is a stylish minimal private residence (96m2) in Paleo Psihico, one of the finest and greenest urban neighborhoods of Athens. Contemporary style, artistic details, with a feeling of home away from home, but yet with touches of a luxurious hotel. Starting with the living room, there is a comfortable sofa for up to 6 persons, a LED 4K 49'' smart T.V. with a sound bar, if you are a Netflix fan or a music lover. In the dining area, there is a large dining table for 6, to enjoy your lunch/dinner. The ideal place to have your breakfast, but even for a late night glass of wine, is a great stylish wooden bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for hassle-free cooking. Big fridge, large oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, juicer, dishwasher, cleaning detergents and more. The bathroom design includes a standing shower, a wall-mounted electric towel warmer and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with new, anatomic mattresses, smart 32'' T.V. and controlled A/C system. Last but not least, there is a yard with a dining table and a fully equipped barbecue corner for your special moments. There's also a private parking!

Hi guys! I’m Afroditi, (my friends call me Afro) and happily married to a fantastic guy, Panos. I’m a passionate lighting designer and I work for a great company in Athens. Every day my colleges and I, do our best to create a special atmosphere for many projects like private residences, hotels, bars, restaurants etc. When i have free time I love traveling and meeting people from all over the world. I give a lot of attention to try different species of food and meet cultures from all over the world. Ι also love rock music and Panos and I very often go to concerts – we met for the first time in a rock concert! (Ask us to tell you the whole story, it’s pretty cool!) I play drums, he plays the guitar! My philosophy is as rock as it is elegant. I love minimal and also mix and match. Our dreams are to travel the world and to play music with our own band! We love hosting our friends and our house is always open for them. Now we are prepared to host people from everywhere in our private residence and this is also a way of traveling! There are many embassies and private residences and in 1 km, you are in Neo (New) Psychiko where you can go for a dinner, coffee even for a meeting. There are many bars and restaurants where you can enjoy your night. By car, you are 15min from everywhere in Athens.
