On the ground floor, there is a living room with another TV and cable channels with a functional fireplace, a bedroom with a bathroom and own balcony, a fully functional and equipped kitchen and a veranda of 55m2 in front of the villa just across the pool. On the upper floor, there is the attic with a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony of 9m2 with a view of the pool. The whole villa is built with a stone of LakomaIt which provides a romantic look. It has a heating system with a petrol boiler, electric boiler and solar panels. There are 3 air conditioners, LED lights in the case of electricity loss, WIFI, Netflix, satellite and cable TV, 3 electric tents, and 2 parking spots. All water that is coming inside the villa is filtered by the professional filtration system and especially there is a filter for drinking water in the kitchen with the filter which is installed under the kitchen sink. From our villa to get to the beach you have only 5 minutes walk beside a totally flat street road reserved only for the houses within the complex. You'll get right in front of the famous Anemos beach bar on Sani Beach. From there you can also walk to the famous Sani Marina and resort which has a variety of restaurants/ cafeterias/ bars and lots of children's playgrounds & sports activities. Important! We can't confirm your reservation until you send us a photo of the 1st page of your passport! When you book Sunny Villa we will need you to send us copies of the photos of the 1st page of ID or passport for each and every guest. It is requested by the Government of Greece to submit this information for all the guests before they start using the Villa. We will contact you to send us this data after you make reservations. We will not be able to provide you with accommodation if we don't get this data on time from you. and in the meantime, somebody else can book the accommodation.
