We are located at the most central street in Perea, first line to the sea. ( 20 meters from sea)

Very central location — everything is within walking distance!
There are many shops and restaurants just steps away, and the beach is only 20 meters from the apartments.
The apartments don’t face the sea, which is actually a great advantage — you’ll be right on the main street with plenty of restaurants nearby, yet still enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings.
