Together with my family, with great love and care, we have created Magnolia Home, a beautiful summer cottage in the picturesque Lithakia, a traditional village in the southern part of Zakynthos Island, Greece. As a local, I love and enjoy meeting and hosting people all over the world and showing them the Greek hospitality, our beautiful island and introducing them to our rich history and culture. Welcome!

Our home is located at the outskirts of Lithakia, a beautiful traditional village at the foothills of mountain Vrachionas, about 2.5 km from the beach and 10 km from Zakynthos Town. The narrow cobbled alleys surrounded by beautiful traditional houses with colorful flowerbeds, the imposing churches, the majestic views to the Zakynthian countryside with the golden olive trees and the bay of Laganas, make Lithakia a unique place to stay! The house is centrally located and has easy access via main roads to Zakynthos Airport (8 km), Port and Town (10 km), as well as to the most of Zakynthos sights and attractions. The nearest beach, Agios Sostis, is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car) away, while you can join a cruise to the tropical Marathonisi and the marvelous Keri Caves from Limni Keri at 6.5 km (about 10 minutes away by car). Although the most important facilities are very near and easily accessible on foot (super market, cafe, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, fuel station all in a max. 5 min. walk radius), you are most probably going to need a car to explore the beautiful beaches and magnificent nature of Zakynthos Island.
