◘Maridenia Villa is a superb, newly-built two-story accommodation in Lithakia, Zakynthos, which can sleep 6 guests and is surrounded by olive groves. ◘The house, which measures 110 sq. m., is the ideal choice for you and your family, as it offers a spacious and stylishly decorated interior and a private swimming pool. The vacation home features a large living room, a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and a dining area, as well as two bathrooms with shower. In total, there are three bedrooms in Maridenia Villa; two of which are equipped with two single beds that can be joined into double ones and the third is equipped with a queen-sized bed. The ground floor bedroom provides direct access to the swimming pool, while the other two (which can be found on the first floor) have access to a balcony overlooking the pool. ◘The outdoor spaces are well-kept, fenced and private; they feature a swimming pool, a few sun loungers and parasols. Cook delicious meals in the built BBQ and enjoy them all together, younger and older, in the outdoor dining area.◘ Important note: Visitors that are not included in the reservation and remain in the property during the day, use any of the facilities or stay at night, will be charged 20 Euros per person per day.
