It is a two-story house of 240 square meters, next to the sea and there are many small beaches nearby for swimming. It is located in a large garden with olives, citrus trees, pines and large eucalyptus trees. It has a large parking lot. It consists of 5 bedrooms with double beds, independent bathrooms and a refrigerator in each room. Each space has its own distinct character, while attention to detail accompanies discreet luxury throughout. The house was built in 1932 by the architect V. Tsagris and was completely renovated in 2023, preserving the style of the old architecture. The furniture, designed by the same architect, frames its unique aesthetic. At the same time, the historical memory of the house is highlighted through the family archive and the artistic collection of the photographer

When we decided to dive into the hospitality business, our main incentive was to get aquainted with people from different origins and cutures and exchange experiences, customs, recepies, music ..... any cultural inheritance that may be of comon interest. We have been fortunate enough during the very limited time of our envolvement, to meet and become friends with some extraordinary peiople, and this has been an invaluable gift. The old mansion is located in the village of Melissi in Corinthia, between Kiato (7 minutes) and Xylokastro (6 minutes). It is 113 km (75 minutes) from Athens. Access is also direct from the airport, via the suburban bus that reaches Kiato.
