The roof terrace features a charming little pool (out of order period 1st November to 1st April), and BBQ facilities. Explore historical sites, savor local cuisine, and enjoy the lively nightlife. Minoos Residence is a 139sq.m. house located in an alley central to the old town. It is not accessible by car but the closest accessible point to stop and drop off your suitcases is only 60 meters away. Layout Ground floor: Spacious dining area for over 8 people. Open large kitchen, fully equipped. A desk with a chair Full bathroom with shower Middle floor Open living room area with large sofa Smart TV and JBL audio system. Bedroom 1: Double bed (140cm) with TV, AC, Closet. Bedroom 2: Double bed (150cm) with TV, AC. Bathroom 2 has a toilet and shower, and the sink is separate. Upper floor Bedroom 3 a large double bed (160cm) and an attic with two mattresses for two children(80x160cm)- AC unit, smart TV, closet, and drawer. TVs are not connected to an antenna, you can use apps and your personal Netflix account to be connected. Wifi connection is all over the house free of charge. Outdoor Roof terrace with a small pool. BBQ grill with gas. Dining table and seating area. A mini fridge and a kitchen bench and a sink. To maintain the pool, the handyman has to enter the house, schedule will be sent to you.
