On the hillside of Parikia village, with amazing open view to the sea and the port, you will enjoy the warm hospitality of our modern cycladic-style 2-storey villa. In this unique house, the Aegean light comes through the big windows during the day and you enjoy the moonlight silver way on the sea, along with the sparkling lights of Parikia at night! The neighborhood is very quiet and you will get some real rest and good sleep. It can accommodate 6 adult guests and a small child up to 5-6 years old in 3 bedrooms which makes it perfect for groups of friends and families. On the ground floor there is a big living room with a fireplace and a dining area as well as an open plan kitchen and many glass doors overlooking the garden and the sea. The 2 of the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower are also on the ground floor. In the kids room there are two single beds (that turn into a double), a kid's bed and a crib upon request. On the upper floor you find the master bedroom with its bathroom with shower. All the rooms are fully equipped with all necessities for a relaxing stay.
