Our 79 sq.m seaside house is located 10 minutes outside the town of Preveza, within 5000 sq.m of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza , which is called Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers in the courtyard. The house has a bedroom with a double bed , a wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and it's own balcony. Another bedroom, which is situated opposite from the first, has two single beds a wardrobe, portable fan and access to a large terrace . The third bedroom has a double bed, a fan and access to the large sea-view terrace.A portable baby crib (120*60 cm) is also available. The lounge is open to the kitchen and features a sofa bed, a TV, an air conditioning unit , a table with chairs and a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. One bathroom comes with bidet and bathtub, while the other has bidet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker,and Cofee machine. You will need a private car for your transportations, because the house is out of settlement.

I am a teacher and I enjoy traveling, music, cinema, painting, furniture restoration and hand crafts. My country house in Monolithi is my home that I have spent unforgettable summers with my kids and my friends. This is the place I relax staring the sea, inspiring to paint and create. In the afternoons I like to admire the sunset , while the evenings without moon are ideal for star watching away from light pollution of the city.I am ready to welcome you, show you the wonderful tourist attractions of the area and help you in whatever you need in order to spend unforgettable holidays.

The beach beneath the house is sandy , ending in very fine pebbles like rice and stretching for many kilometers so you can swim away from the crowds. The house is 400 meters from a campsite and an organized beach with bar and restaurant, while the nearest village Kanali, is 2 km away and features super markets, restaurants, drugstores, cafes and water sports. The picturesque town of Preveza is about 10 km to the South, while the cosmopolitan Lefkada with its famous beaches is 35 km. The archaeological site of Nicopolis is 2 km, while the picturesque Parga is 47 km. From there you can have daily cruises to the beautiful islands Paxoi and Antipaxoi which are home to some of most beautiful beaches of Greece with crystal clear turquoise blue waters. Additionally, It is also worth visiting the wonderful beaches of Alonaki and Odysseus bay. Don't forget to browse the old market of Preveza with the Venetian clock, the Saitan Pazar and the unique taverns which serve traditional Greek food. You can also visit the mythical river of Acheron at Glyki (around 40 minutes by car), which the Ancient Greeks believed was the gateway to the underworld. There a variety of activities are available.
