From the first minute you step into Mystic Mani residence you will be captivated by the beauty of surrounding nature and unique Mani architecture. If you are looking for excitement, you are also close to wonderful beaches. The closest swimming place is just 5 minutes drive. The house is located within reach of sand and pebble beaches, taverns and archeological sites. The property has a yard where you can relax on sun beds. With this comfortable house, you can wake up to a sea-view alongside silent mountains. Come to discover Mani and our home which is totally for your convenience! Additional house rules: *When using the air conditioner, be sure to keep all windows shut in order to prevent energy waste. When exiting the building at any time, remember to TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER. Keep windows and doors closed when using air conditioners AND when exiting the building at any given time. Animals (such as cats, dogs, mice and even snakes), may climb inside, and the windows will be opposed to winds and may be damaged. The house is situated in very windy location, always collect light weight items and close the umbrella (sunshade). *DO NOT dispose of any waste (pads, sanitary, fabrics, plastic etc.) into the toilet. Use the nearby bin. *Return wet towels to the drying rack or hooks. Put bottles and trash in separate containers in the backyard. Consumption of food and drinks is undesirable on upholstered furniture. *The house will be CLEANED ONCE A WEEK. The linen will also be changed once a week. Additional cleaning on demand with own cost. *Save water during water shortages.

Mystic Mani residence is located in great neighborhood and secure area. It's wonderful and offers a lot of facilities. The property and its surroundings have wonderful views, peaceful and calm atmosphere, small helpful community, reach history and unique culture. Residents of nearby community make olive oil and honey which can purchased by arrangements. The property is located in an area which is recognised as a natural and historical area. There are several hiking trails in the vicinity of the property. There are taverns and food delivery service nearby. If you want to cook your own, there is a small shop less than 15 minutes away by car that sells excellent Laconia's sausage. The house is very easily accessible. A straight road leads directly to the house, in front of which there is a private secure parking. Water shortages. Especially summer time there may occur some problems with the water supply in the area. The house has a 300 liters water container, which helps, but is not sufficient for longer shortages. It is recommendable not to use too much water during those shortages.
