Only a 6-minute drive from Rhodes International Airport and 15 minutes from Rhodes Town, the villa offers a private garden with a shaded pergola, sunbeds, and palm trees for natural cooling and relaxation. Enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the outdoor dining area, fire up the BBQ for a delightful meal, or savor a glass of wine while admiring the sunset from the second-floor terrace. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed, and the second a master bedroom opening to the sunset terrace.

Location – Kremasti, Rhodes Our villa is ideally located right on the beachfront of Kremasti, offering you direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean. In the heart of the village, you will find cozy cafés, traditional taverns, grocery stores with fresh local produce, bakeries, large supermarkets, and pharmacies — everything you may need during your stay. A key attraction in Kremasti is the Church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, a stunning Byzantine church known for its impressive frescoes. Kremasti is also famous for its annual festival dedicated to the Virgin Mary, held from August 13th to 23rd, with the highlight on August 15th. The celebration features religious ceremonies, live music, and dancing, attracting visitors from across the island. At the same time, the Panhellenic Handicraft Fair brings together artisans from all over Greece. For windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts, Kremasti’s constant sea breeze offers ideal conditions! The Air Riders Kite Pro Center is located just a 2–3 minute walk from the villa, making it a perfect base for extreme sports lovers. The neighborhood remains peaceful and family-friendly, with no nightclubs or noisy bars nearby — an ideal setting for relaxation, sun, and sea. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, you’ll find beachside canteens serving fresh seafood and ouzo along the coastline. Organized beaches with sunbeds are also available, ensuring a comfortable seaside experience. Mini-markets, restaurants, and a bus stop to Rhodes Town and the airport are all within less than 1 km.
