Within a 2 to 10 - minute stroll, you'll find two fantastic tavernas and a beach club - the perfect spots to enjoy traditional meals and relaxation. The house is built on a picturesque trail, offering not only a comfortable stay but also the opportunity for leisurely evening strolls to the neighboring villages of Palamidas and Episkopi. Immerse yourself in the true essence of Plakes, where every step unveils the beauty of nature. Please be aware that there are no grocery stores or supermarkets in the village. Supplies can be conviently obtained in the Town of Hydra. Plakes is 3km west of the Town of Hydra. There are settle boats of the local hotel operating every 1 hour during the summer season and Taxi boats upon request. There is a coastal road, about 45' walking distance which is illuminated during the night if you wish to walk back. There is also a road from the Town crossing the hills which is a nice alternative if you want to explore the countryside. If for any reason the boats are not operating, there is the option to transfer your luggage with a porter and walk or horse ride to the property.
