In a quiet neighbourhood, with easy & free parking they are at a walking distance of 8’ from the Old Town & the Central Bus Station, 15’ from the center of the town & 550m from a quiet beach opposite.

Manos is married and has two children. He is an architect and he likes paintings and small decorative objects, modern and antiques. He likes writing. He has published three books and he is now working on two more. He also likes photography, radio, newspapers. His favorite cities: Barcelona, Bergen, Berlin, Edinburgh, London, Marrakesh, Paris. His favorite painters: Vermeer, Mοdigliani, Escher, Engonopoulos, Moralis.

The “never on monday” apARTments are based in a quiet neighborhood, where you can easily park your car for free. Really close to them (5-8 minutes walk), you will find supermarket, greengrocer's, butcher's and traditional patisserie. You are also within short distance of the well-known seaside gourmet restaurants of Rethymno, as well as the “Iroon Politechniou” Square on your way to the Old Town, known for its authentic meze and raki places. In about 550m to the west there is a quiet and clean beach with a view to the “Fortezza” Castle and the Old Town. If you choose to explore the district of Rethymno or the whole island of Crete by public transport, the Central Bus Station (KTEL) is just a 8-minute walk. There is a bus stop very close to the accommodation, on the main street just below the building, with buses operating to the town center (organized beach of Rethymno) as well as to the areas of Platanias and Missiria to the east and the University. If you prefer using a car, there is easy access to parking all year round.
