Niolos Villas consists of two autonomous villas located on a hill, overlooking the Souda bay and offering beautiful sea views. Villa Niolos I is a 180 sq.m, luxury villa, located next to Sternes village which is only 2 minutes drive away from the well known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Because of its position, the villa offers an incredible view of Souda bay. The villa can accommodate 7 people in beds and up to 9 people. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find an open plan area which contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and exit to veranda. On the same floor there is also a bathroom and a storage. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and another one with a double bed that can also be set up as two singles. On this floor there is also a bathroom. On the second floor there is our attic, it includes a double bed, a closet room, a refrigerator and a bathroom enclosure with hydro massage shower. Outside and underneath the main building of the villa, there is an individual studio including an open plan area with a small living room and a kitchen. It also contains a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. ***Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located on a hill, ouside the small traditional village Sternes, about 14 km north east of Chania town. The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also being very close to all kind of supplies shops, restaurants and services. In Sternes village you will be able to find a mini market and a pharmacy but most of supplies can be found in Kounoupidiana (8 km away from the villa) which is the largest village of Akrotiri peninsula. The closest well known area because of it’s beach is Marathi which is only 3 km away. Marathi is an organised sandy beach which is famous for the crystal blue and calm waters with some very good traditional seafood taverns. It is totally rare to see waves in that beach even if it is a windy day. An other well known beach which is next to the villa (2.2km away) and worth a visit is Loutraki. Furthermore, in Akrotiri area you will find some remarkable historical monuments, century-old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest. If you are looking for big markets and entertainment, then Chania city is only 10-15 minutes drive away from the villa.
