Property information

Olive Bay Beach House Ammouliani is located on Kalopigado Beach on the Island of Ammouliani in Halkidiki. It is a self-catered beach house, located directly on the beachfront of Kalopigado Bay within a secluded olive grove estate only 1,5 km from the islands' main village and port. The beach house benefits from a great layout, consisting of a spacious main house, two separate double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a large outdoor kitchen. The main house has one double bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living area that sleeps 4 (2 single beds and a double fold out sofa). The two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, are adjacent to the main house but have their own separate entrances. This makes it very convenient as it provides more privacy to larger groups. We are happy to discuss alternative sleeping arrangements, as we are happy to provide you with baby cots or additional bunkbeds for children if needed. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for meal preparation. A bbq and a wood burning oven are also available for use. The property has really large verandas all around the house, with plenty of space and seating areas over

Neighbourhood information

It takes about a 3 minute drive to get to the main village and port, where one can cover most of their needs for supplies and entertainment. The road to the main village as well as within the estate is a dirt road, but can be accessed by all cars. In the village you can find various shops, supermarkets, bakeries, a fishmonger, a butcher, taverns, bars and cafes as well as a small funfair. Ammouliani is famous for its beaches and we strongly recommend to visit them all!
